Question : ISA Firewall - Open port 81 to Webserver on the Server

I have 2003 Server SBS Premium running on a box with ISA Server on it.
The 2003 Server is connected directly to the internet with a public address and works great.
I have some monitoring software that has its own webserver and I can select which port to run it on so I chose port 81.
I need to allow remote access to this webserver running on port 81.

How can I allow access to it from the internet as well as allow everyone on my internal network access to it as well?
I tried to add a new rule in ISA server ...

Monitoring Web Access...Allow...HTTP/port 81 to port 81....External to Local Host...All Users.

But it doesn't seem to help.
When I go to the website via the servers private address 192.168.1.1:81 , It gives me a 'login/password' prompt but wont' take my login info and ISA server monitor shows...'Destination port 81....Unidentified IP Traffic....Closed Connection'

Thanks for any advice.

Answer : ISA Firewall - Open port 81 to Webserver on the Server

It sounds like you only created a rule for External to Localhost?  That doesn't take into account the internal to SBS traffic.
