Question : Quicken by Intuit, How do I import

How do I import if my banking institution does not have the option to import to Quicken?   They just have CSV and Spreadsheet options.   Is there a way to use one of those type of files and take it into Quicken?

Have you tried downloading CSV and spreadsheet and trying to import the same going to file --> import in Quicken.

I am sure quicken should have this option of importing other spreadsheets
