Question : Can't run Maintance plans scheduled, get error

I have done a simple Maintance plan scheduled, every time it try to start it get error se below in code. I have tried to repair sql server but get the same error. What can be wrong? I have installed SQL server 2008 with all options(I think)
Do I need to remove and install it again? Its a production server

If you have any of the version specified above, then you can either Upgrade it or Uninstall current Web edition and install the edition which you have license..

No, You have to purchase it..
No other go or workarounds for that even though it costs a lot..
