Question : Email Security and Attachments

There is two parts to this question.

Firstly, what's the easiest way to stop people using email on their browser e.g. gmail, hotmail etc. From what I understand products like Barbedwire Minesweeper will do this. Is there a better way or better product?

Secondly, what's the best way of stopping outlook from sending email attachments?

To Answer the First Question:

How many people are we talking about here? Just a Handfull or a large Organization.

If its a handful then the easiest way would be to just edit the HOSTS file on the individual PC to block the site.

If its a whole Organization 50-60+
then you will really need to use a commercial product such as WebMarshal.
