Question : copying os off 1 hard drive to another using windows 7 and USB

I have 2 hard drives hooked throught a 3rd pc using usb.  I have windows 7 on the pc they are hooked to.  I want to copy the OS off the one hard drive (1) to the same size partition on a bigger hard drive (2).  How can I do this so that I can install the bigger hard drive back where the small one come from and just boot it up

i would try Norton ghost if you can because it seems to be the best option.  if not that, just go into the hard drive you want to copy the OS to, insert the installation disk for your Operating System, and select that drive to install the OS to.  it's no more complicated than that.
