Question : MS CRM: How to show email sender in history

Hi

We use MS Dynamics CRM. When emails are linked to the CRM they appear in the contact's history. However, it does not display there whether an email is inbound or outbound.
Is there a way to display wheterh the email was send by the contact to me or whether the email was sent by me to the contact?

With the commenta above we could not resolve the problem. There is not to_filed or from_filed that we can add to the hisotry list. It seems that it is necessary to program a plugin for making this functionality available.
