Question : How to use Sharepoint Lookup Field with Name column (hyperlink)

How can i use Sharepoint Lookup Field with Name column which will be a link to a document. I f i use Title column it works but it's not linked to the document. What is weird is that's working out of the box in the Knowledge Base template....
