Question : Access problem after installing

After installing Access, I am getting an error:
"Microsoft Access can't start becuase there is no license on if for this machine". I have uninstalled, reinstalled, ran regclean, can't seem to fix the problem. Please help

I know MS Site often change but I went to that address yesterday for one of our users !
