Question : Dicom to Jpeg Image Conversion

Hi,
I am looking for some solution by which i can convert DCM (Dicom -  Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) images into JPEG images. It should be based on either thick client or thin client but should be configurable and managable, like some APIs.
