Question : Export email addresses from facebook

Hello,
My client has a substantial list of friends on facebook, she would like to export those email addresses and phone numbers into a .csv file for input into my SMS and bulk mail program.
She uses Internet Explorer and the program is Access based.
I understand facebook is pretty well locked down, does anyone know of a way?

NO WAY TO DO IT !
i also had a customer that wanted to do this... i spent weeks with this with no result
mails are locked on facebook !
even at facebook when it shows the mail
it wont show a text
it shows a image with the email address.
