Can MS Access read DAT files? and if so HOW?

The last version that I bought in 1998 which was 6.5 was around $1000. I think that it's a bit pricier now.

In reading your comment back to Shane, it just very well may be a jet file. Why don't you copy one of the .dat files and rename to .mdb and then try to open with Access?
