Question : How do I access my BIOS?

When I start my nre pc, all I can see is a blank screen, which stays until wondows xp pro (sp3) starts. I've some hints that the problem stems from a misconfigured bios. Still, when I hit del and try to open the bios configuration screen, nothing happens.
How do I change my bios configuration under these circumstances.

Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 3.0GHz
Samsung 1TB 32 MB 7200RPM
Seasonic SS-500ET Active PFC
Transcend 2GB DDR2 800

Don't sweat it, I thought I mentioned the Clear jumper in my next post with the other jumpers I mentioned. Seems I forgot it. My bad.
Sorry for the confusion. I always use the jumper method, and sometimes forget that not everybody else is at least familiar with it.
A Delete/Refund is fine with me.
