Question : Windows 2003 AD 169 IP Address NS Lookup

All of a sudden some of my sites have issues from users logging in to the server mapping drives. So I did a NSLookup to the child domain and saw all the domain controllers but also saw a IP Address 169 all of sudden which I never saw. I thought this can be causing the issue. Can anyone tell if they saw that 169 IP when they did a nslookup to the child domains before? If so what was the resolution? solution. Thanks.
