Question : Where are my e-mail messages?

I use Outlook to send and receive e-mail.   I accidentally deleted the inbox and deleted messages folder contents as well as the recycle bin.   The messages should be kept on the Verizon server for 30 days, but when I log into Verizon they are not there.

You need to go into the server settings for that account in Outlook.  There should be an option under the Incoming Mail Server to keep messages on the server.

Don't worry about the 30 days.  If Verizon says they're gone in 30 days, then they will be gone, however you will still have them downloaded on your computer as long as you don't delete them.
