Question : Outlook 2003 w/ SBS 2003 using OST file Error: Another applicatioin closed unexpectedly while using your persoanl Folders file <path\outlook.ost>

Here is the entire message the user receives:

Unable to display the folder.  Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location.  Another application closed unexpectedly while using your personal folders file <"Default Path on XP"\outlook.ost>  To prevent potential damage to your personal folders file it will not be available until you close all applications currently using.

When the user closes Outlook and goes back in it starts working again.  This problem was on his old XP Pro computer we just moved him to a new computer recreated the OST file from scratch and the problem followed him.  Using XP Pro SP2 in a SBS 2003 Domain accessing Exchange 2003 SP2 happen when on Exchange 2003 SP1 as well.  Outlook 2003 has SP2 installed.
