Question : Basic MS Access Line Chart in report
Hi,
I have created sales reports for a number of salespersons and i would like to add a basic Graph to the report, but I am having alot of trouble using the wizzard. Nothing I try seems to work. Each page of the report is a summary for a seperate salesperson and the information comes from one query. I have 5 fields that i would like to display on a basic line chart.
SalesQ1
SalesQ2
SalesQ3
SalesQ4
SalesQ1-2008
I'd basically like one line on a graph that would show how the sales levels have gone up and down for each of the quarters. It sounds easy, but thee are many choices in the wizzard related to series, data.. etc. and I don't know what to choose or how to do it. Any help is appreciated. Please let me know what else you need to know about this problem. This is very urgent. THANK YOU!
