Question : Ftp Password

I dont get it , how do i create ftp username and password ? I created isolated ftp from IIS on windows 2003  and it's asked me for username/password , where do i get it ?

Answer : Ftp Password

This is because you are running in isolated ftp mode.

If you run in normal mode, you don't need it to be like that.  Unfortunately you cannot change your ftp mode, so you would need to delete the site and create a new one, set to normal mode.
