Question : MS Word multiple sheets

Hi,

In MS Excel we can open a single file but work on several different sheets within. Each sheet is independent of the other (different work can be done on it). Is there something similar to this in MS Word? Same file with different sheets?

There is nothing in MS word like that currently however see here as there were some recommendations in this thread from someone looking for the same thing.
