Question : Active Directory Planing

Hello,

My question is, I have a domain controller windows server 2003 (active directory with DNS & DHCP) & 50 clients machines.All clients are login with domain user.On server, in active directory, I was created directly users without group.Now I want to create OUs , Groups & restricted groups configure with minimum Group policies,so how can I create & how to move existing users  ? Please describe step by step.

Sorry correction ignore the part where it says "Now to move AD users" above section 2 this should be "Verify current group policies on an OU and link to the new OU"
