Question : Block email to user in Distribution list

I need to block going to one user of a distrubition list.

Example:  Going Away Party.
Email sent to 'US All Employees'.  [email protected] is a member of 'US All Employees' but we need to block the email from going to him...preferably dropping the message.

Server is Exchange 2007
