"TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by your mail server. If this problem persists, contact your LAN Administrator or Internet Provider" This happens when you click send receive. The Pop and SMTP server are correct. This seems to be a problem on one machine as we are all (50+ users) are using the same mail server. The only way to resolve this problem is by Removing and Adding back the TCP/IP protocol. This is a temp solution because the problem comes back a day or so later. I am stuck.
