Question : How do I add a hyperlink to a InfoPath picture?

I'm attempting to add a hyperlink to a picture however the link source keeps on reverting to a default setting of http://address - am I missing something or is it that one can't actually add a hyperlink to a picture. Please see attached screenshot

Is it possible you are not deploying/publishing it correct so its not updated?
