Question : Disable save a copy in Outlook 2003's  Sent folder when sending out emails

Hi,

Currently I have to go into Options to uncheck to save a copy in
Sent folder before sending each email to avoid saving a copy in
my Sent folder.

Is there a way to make it permanent?  (just want to save the hassle)
Kindly provide step by step detailed instruction

go to options then select E-mail Options and untick save copies of messages in sent items folder.
