Question : ISA event 14148

My ISA 2006 server is set up with two IP addresses on it's public facing side, each of which should be bound with port 80 and route to a different back end server. Whenever I try to enable two web routing rules, I receive error 14148, The Web Proxy filter failed to bind its socket to port 80.
How can I resolve this issue, or at least work around it?

Answer : ISA event 14148

open the gui - open the first published web service - edit the web listener - where you have selected the interface (external) to listen on, you will see the select ip addresses or on 2004, just the addresses button. Make sure that you have only the specific IP selected. Do the same for the second publishing rule, edit the second web listener and select the second ip address.
