Question : Making Excel 2007 the default program (Rather then Excel 2003)

Hi,
I have both Excel 2003 and 2007 installed on my XP.
I once used the following method to make Excel 2003 the default program to open xls files:
Start=>Run: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\EXCEL.EXE" /regserver

it worked great, but now i want to make Excel 2007 again the default program:

i tried:
Start=>Run: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\EXCEL.EXE" /unregserver
nothing happened on screen, and the problem was'nt solved.

then i tried:
Start=>Run: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12\EXCEL.EXE" /regserver
the only thing happend is that excel 2007 was opened. but it didn't make it the default program.

(notice OFFICE11 and OFFICE 12 difference. this is where the two different excel.exe files are located in my computer).

do you have idea how to do so?

thank you very much :)

Answer : Making Excel 2007 the default program (Rather then Excel 2003)

To associate files with the programs that are included with a particular version of Office, run the Office Setup program, and then click Repair Office. When you do this, the file associations for that version of Office are registered.
