Question : Creating Daily Activity Tracker in Excel 2003

I have to create a daily activity tracker: the rough draft is described below
Track activites like: Time involved (hours) in activities like training, client engagements, idle etc
Each day activity to be tracker on daily basis.
This tracking is to be done for each employee, and also get a total aggregate for overall stats.

I wonder if its possible to create dynamic excel , where i can enter above details for each user..and track the overall stats also. ?
