Question : SBS2003 exchange error

Hello All,
We recently moved our SBS server from one of our 3 branch offices to the other.  Don't ask me why, I STRONGLY agrued with the owner and presented all IT issues it would raise.  I lost needless to say, and here we are.  Because I had to move the server and we have several VPNs setup I had to change the IP address in order to be online at the new location.  I will pause here to allow for the collective cringing of IT guys around the world.  I decided to try using the "change server IP address" tool in the SBS GUI tools.  Everything seemed on until i restarted the server, now I have a problem with the exchange functionality of the server.   Here is what is going on.

1) No one can connect using outlook to the exchange mailboxes nor using OWA (however they can connect to the Remote Web Workplace so that is not an issue)
2) There are 4 Errors happening in the Event Viewer>Application area
   a) Source: MSExchangeSA, Category: RFR Interface, Event ID: 9143  Referral Interface cannot contact any Global Catalog that supports the NSPI Service. Clients making RFR requests will fail to connect until a Global Catalog becomes available again. After a Domain Controller is promoted to a Global Catalog, it must be rebooted to support MAPI Clients.
   b) Source: MSExchangeSA, Category: General, Event ID: 9317  Failed to register Service Principal Name for exchangeRFR; error code was c00706ba.
   c) Source: MSExchangeSA, Category: General, Event ID: 1005  Unexpected error The RPC   server is unavailable. Facility: Win32 ID no: c00706ba Microsoft Exchange System Attendant  occurred.
   d) Source: Userenv, Category: None, Event ID: 1053   Windows cannot determine the user or computer name. (The RPC server is unavailable. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

So those are the errors.  They happen when I try to restart 1 of 3 services; Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks, Microsoft Exchange System Attendant, Microsoft Information Store.

So in conclusion, I am the IT administrator at this company.  I am aware that if we can get those services started we will be all set and the connections will be reestablished.  What we need to do is fix what is causing the services not to start.

I have been at it for 4 hours and I am just STUCK at this point, HELP ME!

Thank you all in advance.

Answer : SBS2003 exchange error

I fixed the problem. I re went ahead and restored the entire server to a day before the event happened. Ran the IP address change tool and all went according to plan.  Thanks anyways.
