Question : IE7 error

One of my customers is getting the following message from IE.  It will log her off periodically throughout the day.

“Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.

The following add-on was running when the problem occurred:

Add-on Name: Flash10d.ocx
Company Name: Adobe Systems Inc
Description: Adobe Flash Player”

If I disable the Adobe shockwave addon, she doesn't get kicked off, but then she's not able to view some of the web pages.  Any suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks.

Jane

Answer : IE7 error

If upgrading to IE 8 is an option, that would be my first recommendation.
That may very well fix the issue.

Otherwise, you will need to remove and then reinstall Flash.

If there are any issues with Flash10d.ocx not being successfully removed - you may need to rename this file.

I had a similar issue a few weeks ago.
