I've seen on the web that the server name is "imap.mail.netcenter.com", but I've never been able to get that to work in Outlook Express.  You might want to try installing Netscape and configuring that program for the email address.  AOL/Netscape has an annoying habit of using proprietary crap that isn't supported with other software or services.
