Question : GoogleToolbarUser_32.exe process using 50% of CPU
GoogleToolbarUser_32.exe process is constantly using around 50% of CPU in Task Manager on my 2.2GHz Core2 machine running Windows Vista 32-bit Home Premium SP2 with 2GB RAM memory. I run up-to-date Nod32 antivirus software and believe that I don't have a virus.
As I understand, GoogleToolbar is a small (292KB) add-on in my Internet Explorer 8, so I don't understand why would it constantly need so much processing power? Even so, I wouldn't like to uninstall it, as I want to be able to see Google Page Ranks of web pages I'm visiting.
Any explanation or help in reducing its CPU load would be much appreciated, with thanks.
