Question : Installing ISA Server 2004, guide, walkthrough or step by step

Hi,
I have been chosen to install ISA server 2004 here at work. I know absolutely nothing about it and am clueless on where to start.
Does anyone know of any site or .pdf or guide or whatever anywhere that can walk me through the setup and installation all the way through configuration. I mainly need to get this set up for the proxy to optimize bandwidth and limit internet content such as blogs and streaming media.
