Question : IIS setting transfer to new web front end

Please help.  I have som urgent issue.
We have a sharepoint farm mixed environment of SPS 2003 and MOSS 2007.
ServerA and ServerB are working as web front end for both SPS 2003 and MOSS 2007, and they are in network load balanced.
Now I added a new Web Front end server to the NLB.  I was hoping that IIS setting would be transfered over to the new server for both 2003 and 2007, but only IIS setting for MOSS was transfered.  However, I can not even open MOSS page on the new server.  I got an aaplication error on the browser.
My question is how do I transfer IIS setting for SPS 2003 to the new web front end?
What do I need to do to open up MOSS page on the new server?
My bottom-line question is what do I need to do to make the new server working as web front end after I add it to the NLB?
Thanks in advance.

Answer : IIS setting transfer to new web front end

You can use the command line to do a backup and restore of the whole thing.  Just create a blank website then back up and restore.

I would put 2003 on the box before MOSS (unless you have this properly working).  Replacing the servername might help you with the NLB if that is truly the case.  What'd MIcrosoft say?
