How do I fix a Windows 7 PC error of "looking for credintial tiles" when trying to access OWA?

Answer : Looking for Credential Tiles

The actual solution was to set the http default protocol in Exchange and change the settings tab to check "Enable forms based autentication".  So it was an Exchange 2003 problem not a Windows 7 problem.
