Question : Forgot sa password for MS SQL 2000

When changing some security settings for my database i took out the permissions for the windows user, which was the database admin, the only one remaining with such permissions is the 'sa' user. problem is i forgot the password i used for this connection.  I have full access to the server, is there a way to retrieve the password ?

If you have removed the admins and have lost the password for sa, your only recourse would be re-installing SQL Server.
