Question : Silverlight Runtime not loading XAP from Integrated Authentication

I have an HTML page on an anonymous site that needs to load an XAP that is on a site with Integrated Authentication.  Unfortunately it does not load.  If I unsecure the XAP it loads or if I secure the HTML it loads, but I need to have the HTML anonymous and the XAP secured.  How can I make that work?
