Question : Smitfraudfix for Vista

I know from having removed Smitfraud (aka Trojan.Zlob) from many XP PCs that that's what I have at the moment but SiRi's Smitfraudfix isn't compatible with Vista. Are there any alternative approaches to removing this nightmare from my Vista PC? Thanks.
