Question : Single-user 404 on <a rel="nofollow" href="https://[server]/exchange/[username]" target="_blank">https://[server]/exchange/<wbr />[username]<wbr /></a> OWA access

I have an Exchange 2003 implementation, with a strange OWA problem. I have one user whose OWA mailbox gives a 404/page cannot be found when accessed as follows: https://[server]/exchange/[username]
This works fine for other people's mailboxes, but not for this one. I discovered this because I was no longer able to get his Blackberry to connect using Blackberry Interenet Services (BIS) with the OWA setup it provides. I can get the automated BIS link to come up, but that has issues with read/unread flags in Outlook and the OWA setup bypasses this.
The user can log onto their domain PC with no problem. RPC over HTTP Outlook works fine. Even OWA works fine as long as the user hits it at https://[server]/exchange/ without the mailbox name tagged on the end.
If you have an inkling of how to make this work or even investigating the cause of the error. Please let me know.
