Question : System.EnterpriseService Error

I have installed a new software of a server at work, now I want to have it be installed on a client computer, but I get the following error message

Could not load file or assembly "system.EnterpriseServices, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependecies.  The system cannot find the file specified.

Could you give me step by step instructions on how to fix this problem.  I have been struggling with this for a couple of days.
