Question : How to Import Excel Data into Outlook

I currently have Excel and Outlook 2007 on a Vista 64 machine.

I cannot figure out how to import a worksheet from Excel (or a certain range of cells within the worksheet) into Outlook-either a calendar or task item.

Is there a way to do this?
