Question : Can i use Remote Desktop on a Windows 2000 machine?

I have a windows 2000 machine running a POS application that is currently attached to the internet via a router. The POS is being accessed for maintenance via pcanywhere but i would like to use remote desktop from my notebook that is running windows 7 to access the computere

If it's a W2k *Server*, then yes, after installing Terminal Services in Remote Administration mode (from the Add/Remove Windows Components wizard).
If it's Windows 2000 *professional*, then only with a third-party solution like http://www.ultravnc.com/ or PCAnywhere or the like.
