Question : Template lock gets greyed out and client can not edit

I have a client that created a template and once in a while she goes back to it to edit soem information to fit some information needs, bu it seems that for some reason now, she can not unlock it in order to edit it, what do you think could of happened, before she could go into it and unlock, edit it and then lock it again, now is greyed out and can not edit it. What steps do you think I should take in order to make this thing work, I have tried saving as, but it keeps doing the same thing, I have gone inot the propewrties to check the attributes and everything seems to be ok, but at this point I don't know waht else to try. Hi Mariae, Is this a word template? Is she accidentally doing a "file, new" and trying to modify? Karen
