Question : Reporting Services dynamic columns

I have a lot that i am searching for a way to have dynamic columns with Reporting Services 2008, but it seems impossible. I read that it is possible to manipulate the xml that is stored in the Catalog table of the database that use Reporting Services. But i dont want to change the existing one, instead, in the case that a user change the configuration of a report, i want to insert a new item in the table. So what i need, is a way to add a new report to the Reporting Services using c# code.
