Question : Cached domain login while not connected to domain.  Is there a Timeout?

I was wondering if the cached credentials used to logon locally to a domain workstation that is away from the domain ever times out?  We are sending some people to another company permenantly and want to let them know if their accounts will suddenly stop being able to log in.

As far as I know cached credentials never expire, even password expiry settings don't take effect if the DC can't be contacted.  You can however set the number of cached credentials to 0 if you like.  In your case before the users leave I would set up local accounts and remove the workstations from the domain, for security purposes.
