Question : What to monitor with MOSS 2007

Hi Folks,

My client has recently deployed MOSS 2007 and wants to monitor the system.  They are not using MOM or SCOM so using the management packs isn't an option.

Anyone know of a paper/article/blog that lists a good set of parameters to monitor?
