Question : How can I stop access form window icon populating task bar

Hi experts,

When access opens form window, it creates one task bar icon for each window. If the layer of forms go deep, their icons populate task bar. I want to make access creates only one task bar icon for one application regardless of the number of opening form window. Is there any way to do this? Please advise.

In Tools/Options, if u uncheck "Windows in Taskbar" then you should only get one window in the taskbar

As with any window, it has a associated Icon, the more windows open, the smaller the task bar windows. You can always resize your taskbar
