Question : users cannot open Tiff files in outlook in a Terminal server enviroment

In my terminal server enviroment most of my view mail with outlook 2003. they cannot open "tif" files. if they open up outlook on thier local desktops they can view "tif" files. how do i fix it so they can view them in the T.S enviroment??

someone deleted your tif file association on your ts?
log as  admin on ts
open explorer.exe
go in tools, options, file type, restore TIF setting
