Question : How do I stop the wizard that prompts to setup IE8 for every user on a win3k Terminal server

Hello There,
                     I am running a win3k Terminal server connected to a Domain Controller and recently downloaded IE8.

How do I stop the wizard that prompts to setup IE8 for every user?

I was able to set the Home page using GPEDIT.MSC but couldnt find anything for the IE8 Tour?

This works in Windows XP/Vista. Haven't tested in 2003 yet, but it should work.
