Question : Outlook 2007: Change sensitivity of received Message
Hi, I am looking for a way to mark selected incoming email messages as "private", as is possible with tasks, contacts etc. I am using this functionality on those personal outlook folders for which I have granted "delegate access" to others: Tasks, contacts etc. which are marked as "Private" cannot be seen by the delegates, which is a very useful feature.
Now I would expect the same feature for marking incoming emails, but there the "Mark as private"-button (lock symbol) is missing, and if I open the message options for a selected message and try to set message sensitivity, if find the respective drop down element greyed out.
Any way to do this simple thing with received emails?
Thanks for any hints, Bernd

Answer : Outlook 2007: Change sensitivity of received Message
Hi - I tested opening the email message, going into the Developer tab and clicking Design This Form, and then adding Sensitivity to the email form. It added the option for a drop-down list where Normal and Private were choices, but when I changed the setting to Private, it said I couldn't change it.
I will keep searching, but it seems that the Sensitivity is an option that can't be changed.
