Question : Outlook 2007 prompts that it Needs Password

I have been using Exchange 2007 (Windows 2007 SBS) for about a year now without issue. Couple days ago we FINALLY implemented a password policy on our network that forces users to change them every 60 days. I now have one user who is constantly getting a pop up that his password is needed to connect to Exchange. Email seems to work fine. The one side effect is that this constant pop up and his failed attemps to enter a password cause his account to get locked out. Again, everything worked fine for over a year until I put this policy in place. One other note is that he is one of the few users on Vista - the rest are XP. The other Vista users are OK though.

First thing to do is make sure you have at least Rollup 9 installed for Exchange 2007
