Question : PLEASE HELP-I Can't make changes to email settings in Outlook

I am using Outlook 03 with three user names.  i can make changes to the settings for the default acoount but not for the other two.  it gives me the message "the account name is already being used.  Please choose another name."  Does anyone know how to fix this?  I am trying to click "leave messages on server" and "my outgoing server requires authentication" Thanks

You will not lose the emails from the accounts, if you delete and recreate them with same names.  To be safe, you can back up the respective PST files.
